wooden decor large windows thai music
The wooden decor throughout the cruise created a warm atmosphere. Large windows provided unobstructed views of landmarks (I especially liked seeing Asiatique the Riverfront). The traditional Thai instrumental music offered a serene background.
The sound system quality for the live music could have been better.

charmed by every detail
lovely waiter helpful suggestion attentive staff really good service
dew was my waiter he was lovely and so helpful he suggested many options the prawn dish was delicious i appreciated his recommendations the room was great too it was super clean the staff are very attentive here. mr fame at concierge helped with great commute advice , made traveling much easier he was very thoughtful i found this service really good. kavin served us at the pool he was polite and efficient i liked the prompt service. benz took great care of us and paid close attention to my mom during her birthday this.
the check-in process was a bit slow i had to wait a little longer than expected to get to my room this was only a minor inconvenience though everything else was excellent.

the room included a king-size bed with premium linens the bathroom featured a rainfall shower and separate soaking tub there were also ample closet space and a well-stocked minibar providing convenience and luxury.

Satisfactory stay with some issues
polite staff efficient staff breakfast buffet delicious variety perfect service long check-in outdated room unreliable hot water
I was served at the pool by Kavin. He was very efficient and polite. The breakfast buffet offered a delicious variety and perfect service. Aor and team made it a good start to each day (especially with the fresh fruits!).
Check-in took a long time. I waited in the lobby for an hour. My room was a little outdated. Hot water in the shower was not always available.

inconsistent pressure loud noise
i was really frustrated with my room. the shower pressure was inconsistent it fluctuated a lot. also, the air conditioning made a loud noise throughout the night and made it hard to sleep. these issues really detracted from what should have been a relaxing experience i expected more from this hotel.
